After initially wanting to run the 2024 MotoGP finale at Valencia as planned on November 15-17, MotoGP made the right decision to cancel the event at the Ricardo Tormo circuit. However a replacement is scheduled for the same weekend and it looks like Barcelona will be the destination of choice.

If MotoGP do end the season in Barcelona it would be their second visit to the circuit in 2024. Circuit de Catalunya held the seventh round of the 2024 MotoGP season. In this round, Aleix Espargaro won the Sprint Race before Francesco Bagnaia won the Grand Prix on Sunday.

Marc Marquez “would prefer another track” to Barcelona for MotoGP finale
Marc Marquez has said he would prefer a different circuit to host the final round of the 2024 MotoGP World Championship than the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Marquez finished third at Barcelona earlier this year when it hosted the Catalan Grand Prix, having started from 14th on the grid.

Barcelona replaces Valencia to host the MotoGP season finale
MotoGP has confirmed that the 2024 curtain closer will be held at the Circuit de Barcelona-Cataluny which replaces Valencia. The race will take place on the original dates of the season finale: the 15th to the 17th of November.
