NBA Draft order was set by the NBA Draft Lottery on May 12, 2025, in Chicago, IL. The Dallas Mavericks defied the odds (1.8% chance) and landed the No. 1 pick. Now picks 1-59 are set. The top 14 picks were determined by a lottery process involving the teams that did not make this year's NBA playoffs.

The NBA will crown the winner of the Cooper Flagg sweepstakes Monday night. Or, more officially, the league will hold its annual draft lottery at 7 p.m. ET (ESPN) and disperse the first 14 selections of this year's talent grab.
