Prosecutors say Deven Young acted with "depraved indifference" to Sunshine Stewart's life when he allegedly killed her.

In Maine, authorities charged a 17-year-old from Frankfort with the murder of 48-year-old Sunshine Stewart who was out on a pond paddleboarding earlier this month. NBC News’ Erin McLaughlin reports.
