Officials and a local hospital in Pakistan says that an attack launched by suicide bombers at a military base has killed at least 12 people and wounded 30 others.

A pair of suicide bombers drove two explosive-filled vehicles into a security installation in northwestern Pakistan on Tuesday, killing at least 12 civilians including seven children, police and rescue services said.

A bomb blast at an Islamic seminary in northwestern Pakistan known as a historic training ground for the Afghan Taliban killed six worshipers during Friday prayers, police said.
