Amid a nationwide recall of whole and baby organic carrots affecting popular stores from Costco to Aldi, the distributor that initiated the recall, Grimmway Farms, has released a new update.

Grimmway Farms has recalled certain organic carrots due to potential contamination with a strain of E. coli linked to severe illness. The affected products, sold under various labels including Trader Joe’s and Wegmans, were distributed across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
