Manoj Sinha (born 1 July 1959) is an Indian politician. On 6 August 2020, he became the 2nd Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir. [1] [2] He was the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Communications and Minister of State for Railways in the Government of India.

Manoj Sinha is the second Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. A seasoned Politician from Uttar Pradesh, he is a trained Civil Engineer with Degrees of B.Tech and M-Tech from IIT(BHU) Varanasi.
