This is a great tennis serve drill to figure out your serve %, how many out of 10 can you get? (credit to @Baseline Conversation ) I recorded this video before a tennis lesson and the first thing I did in my tennis lesson was serve 100x: 25 2nd serves from the deuce & ad sides and 25 1st serves from the deuce and ad sides.
