Have you ever heard a dance called flat footing? It is how my grandparents and others dance in Appalachia. Some regions call it Buck Dancing. It is similar to clogging. I have been trying to learn how, in honor of my Mamaw and to help me not miss her so much. I dance whatever I went this summer! I brought y'all along with me. thank you all for your encouragement through this.
