Just before 3pm, Company 34 was alerted to assist Columbia Volunteer Fire Company with a building fire with possible entrapment along the 900 blk of Sarah St, Decatur Twp. Engine 34-1, Tanker 34 and Rescue 34 responded on the alarm. On arrival, E34-1 was tasked with fire suppression, stretching a 2.5” and (2) 1 3/4” attack lines to help make a quick knockdown of the fire, keeping it to the room of origin. Tanker 34 set up its dump tank, while R34 established a fill site at CNB Bank in Houtzdale.
