Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell's approval rating is positive in the latest CNBC All-America Economic Survey, despite respondents saying higher interest rates have influenced some of their financial decisions. 57% of those surveyed said they are less likely to buy a home due to high interest rates, and 53% said they are less likely to buy a car for the same reason. 44% responded they are "unsure" when it comes to the Fed chair's favorability.
