My top five at home caramel making items: 1. A good candy thermometer. Using a scientific, long stem, digital thermometer makes for easy temperature readouts while avoiding getting burned. 2. A 9 x 13 sheet pan with edges. It’s my go to pan for pouring caramels into! 3. A pizza cutter, rocker style.
