A group of girls from Klondike won the Milk Quality National Championship. I have heard of meat judging thanks to Texas Tech and even wool judging, but never milk judging. I am picky on my milk. If it’s white water, I know it’s 2%. I can only enjoy whole milk. To learn about this Milk Quality National Championship, our Andrew Wood went to Klondike to get the story.
