Yesterday was my Grandma Celia Sandoz Ostrander Barth’s funeral. She died one week before her 100th birthday. She was a determined ranch woman, granddaughter of Old Jules and Mary Sandoz. She taught me many different things, like how to can chickens from coop to canner including the feet! I helped with her acres of gardens and her fruit trees and painted her fences white every year.
