Quick workout drill: shuttle runs while holding hand weights, present the weights out in front. I'm moving using a USPSA 180 degree rule friendly movement - but this can be easily adopted to any type of directional movement. I'm 2/3 through my workout at this point, so I'm pretty gassed and getting sloppier. At the beginning of my workout doing this, I strive to do a blended quick entry/exit for the short movement as if it was a close easy target, and then hard plant entry/exit for the long move
